Was told by Poly, a phone manufacture that they would be able to get us a device. They said they would need to check on the ability to get it. One month later they never reached out to us & when calling were not overly concerned that they had not kept up with our sale or needs. Just said they couldn't help us within less than a minute phone call. Very unprofessional conduct in our opinion & poor sales team.

The one place to go for conference equipment. Have done business with them for 10 years and I have never been let down. Excellent team who treats their clients well in every transaction, despite the amount you spend purchasing equipment from them, you will always have the same excellent service. Solid teams usually result from great leadership. Keep it up.

323.TV is a great company to shop on for all things video conferencing. Very friendly and helpful support staff as well, they helped me get setup with using Zoom Video Conferencing and were very patient in answering all my questions about their offerings & products. Definitely recommend.

My company did business with 323.TV for many years. We were always very happy with their service. We had some items on a support contract, and 323.TV always came through for us very quickly to send out a replacement. They saved us from some very tight jams many times. We've also purchased really great refurbished equipment from them, and we were always very satisfied with the price and the equipment. We really recommend them highly. They have stellar customer service.
