The owner greeted us as we walked in and engaged in a small conversation. Then he let us explore and shop as we pleased. It was quite a big store for a small town. The prices are very steep, however, the material and the quality seemed very high.

I needed a new everyday western hat so we decided to travel Cottonwood Falls and check out Jim Roberts & Son. I couldn't find what I wanted anyplace else. I hadn't been to this store in many years and it's gone through several owners since.The young man who now owns the store greeted us as we came in and was super helpful. Wonderful service!!! I found exactly what I wanted at a more than competitive price.In looking around at other items (there's a bunch to look at) I found Wrangler blue jeans at about a fourth less than what I normally have to give. Took advantage of that too.Great service, great selection. I'll be back regular to this store!

I was treated very poorly by whome I assume was the owner. When I left a poor review on the FB page he verbally attacked me. I traveled through Kansas that day and was told there were a few cute shops in the area I should check out. In the fb post he accused me of bringing in my kid to an Interview. I did no such thing, as I was not there for an interview. I will never ever stop in that town again and I will make sure to tell people about how crazy the people there are. That guy is crazy. Please, go check out the Facebook review and see how, after I explained to him I don't know what he's talking about he continued to berate me.
