I have beena regular of Dylan's for several years now and can say I have always been treated well. He knows just what I like but always works with me if I want something a little different. He also does a great beard trim, to keep me looking presentable.

Okay. This is where I am completely lost. I called this place that I found on yelp. They told me to come in at 5pm I come in at 4.30pm and it's now 5.30 and I am still waiting the barbers are so busy chatting amongst themselves they can't get people out the chair fast enough. Also when we walked in not one of the two barbers said hello. Actually a customer said hello to us before the barbers even acknowledged us. I just got up and left the shop due to the fact of customer service and refusing to give these people my money. If I could give ZERO STARS I would.
