We have bought 2 vehicles from Jay Hatfield, the first through the Dodge dealership in Frontenac, the second in Columbus at the Chevrolet Buick dealership and we've taken both in for oil changes at the location we purchased, they gave us a 3 oil change punch card and a 3 oil change/tire rotation puch card. Having dealt with sales and service departments I can say we are extremely satisfied with both departments and both locations. My only complaint is that I only got one key fob with my most recent purchase, I would have been more satisfied if they would have ordered us a second one even if they added it to our price because it will be almost $400 to get the fob and have it programmed which is hard to just do all at once. Overall though we are happy with them and the vehicle we chose.

Never ever will I go back to this car lot! They kept me there for 5 hours and told me I got the car that I picked out took all my information said the loan went through sit there and waited some more and the manager came and told me I didn't get the loan because of an address that was wrong they had me take a test to tell my identity and blah blah!!! Nothing but the run a round there!!! Very unprofessional the salesman told me one thing and the manager told me another...very untrust worthy...Oh sir I have y'all figured out really I do! I went to another Chevrolet dealership and had no issues at all and they took very good care of me and now I have anew car ! No runaround there

Went to test drive a vehicle. They told me it was ready to drive. When I got there. I ask them what the bottom dollar is Jay Hatfield said 9 thousand Jay Hatfield said if they don't sell it it would go on the auction truck I told them 8 thousand they said they rether sell it to wholesaler. When I seen the vehicle it was very dirty the ac did not work. Also the salesman told me the jumpstarted the vehicle. So they didn't tell me the truth about the vehicle. So I will NOT go back to Jay Hatfield. In Frontnac Kansas

Bought my truck here 3 years ago. Sales associate calls and wants to offer to buy the truck. Says he has a client looking for one. I said sure,and he makes an appointment. I show up and he's not there. Left and went on vacation. I talk to another guy who offers an amount that doesn't even pay off the truck. Knocks money off for a paint defect that was there when I bought it from them in the first place what a waste of time. Was a good experience the first time. Not so much anymore. Too bad. Gone downhill.

Had the best experience this week buying my new vehicle. I had found a car I liked at JayHatfield in Vinita, OK. I called Brian Wellmeier on Monday morning in Columbus, KS and he had the car in Columbus by that afternoon. Made the buying process seamless. Abraham in finance was very informative and made quick work on the purchase. Everyone was top notch??

Just recently purchased a used suv through them and at first it was a relatively nice experience but then I found out how very unprofessional some of jay hatfields employees are because when I called because I had some questions I had there financial guy named Abraham laughed at me and was condescending just down right rude because i didn’t know the answers myself to questions I was asking and then I also asked why I was told by the salesman hector that my suv came with remote start I just had to pay for the uconnect app which turned out my suv doesn’t have remote start which which wouldn’t of been that big of a deal because I understand mistakes can happen but then Abraham just continued to be disrespectful to me by preceding to say he wouldn’t of told you that bye an hung up on me while I was in mid sentence I will never be returning to purchase another vehicle through them and unless you want to be treated horribly I recommend finding a different dealership
