“My wife and I were on a roadtrip with a rental car when the change oil light came on saying we only had 5% oil left. We immediately got off the road and mapped directions to the nearest quick lube which turned out to be the Coffeyville Fast Lube.
After meeting the manager on duty, Eric Smith, he explained to us that rental cars often get oil changes but do not reset the meter in the car. He showed us that our oil was completely fine and that he couldn't charge us for oil we didn't need. I told him that I didn't know how to thank him for his honesty. He told me they are simply trying to help people and not take advantage of them. Please go here if you need an oil change and take care of these amazing people.”
“I've heard about this guy and that he's really good with people's needs in vehicles. I haven't been there yet but I'm going to as soon as I have my disability checks coming in. It's still pending. But my truck needs it so I can get home to me fiancee and or kids. I'm doing all I can. Video chatting them but it's about being patient for them to do there jobs as attorneys to get me what I need. Fixed and saving money to get home. But go see Grundy I promise he's a nice guy and is good with your car problems.”

“Traveling into town to work a turnaround at the refinery. Had issues with my starter on Chevy duramax. They towed my vehicle in the next business day as soon as they opened. Worked me into their schedule, ordered original gm part. Fair and competitive pricing and great service. Good down to earth employees. And being from out of town, they did NOT price gouge me. “While traveling through Coffeyville, 125 miles from home on our way to a car show , we developed bad shake. We stopped at Jon's and he pulled us right in, found a separated belt on one of the rear tires, made me a smokin deal on a new replacement tire, took great care of our show car, and had us back on the road in around 30 minutes. He's definitely a stand up dude and I'll send everyone I know that lives close to him. Thanks Jon!”
