You have to stay here! I chose to drive to Clyde specifically to stay here; I am so glad I did! I made my reservation for a different date but had to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice which they allowed me to do and were very understanding. The hotel is so much cuter in person than in the pictures and it is really cute in the pictures. I felt very safe here (solo female traveler); I am comfortable leaving my car parked on main street as it is very well lit. Everyone here is so friendly and everyone waved to me as I drove in...there were kids walking down main street with fishing poles. I stopped at B's for dinner which is just a couple of buildings down from here. The food was awesome and the prices are attractive. I also drove into town on fumes and luck would have it that there is a gas station right next door. The owner was so kind and helped me figure out the pumps. If you have the choice to stay here over a big hotel in Concordia it would be a choice well made to stay here ❤️Safety: Very well lit with good access to parking

Absolutely amazing people and service. Very comfy and quaint. Could not give them enough stars. Beautiful place inside and out. Love the historical pictures in the lobby. Wonderful place to stay if you are stopping through or in search of a quiet country small town

This is an excellent way to go back to a previous era. This once boarding house now quaint hotel has great charm and management. Each of the 9 rooms is decorated differently. I stayed in the western or cowboy room complete with an old rifle on the wall. The stained glass windows, which are original, are spectacular. The new owners are working hard to be sure the air conditioning and plumbing is working and looking great. The outdoor balcony is available to all.If you want to get away from city life and enjoy the rural part of America, I would recommend The Clyde Hotel. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is hauling my luggage up the staircase was a chore. One of their future projects is to replace the worn carpet on that very staircase.

Found me a room at a great price. Working a wind project and many components are staging in Concordia. The Super 8 seems to be increasing in the rate almost every day. Yet they have a pretty run down establishment.Drove 20 mins out of the way for a more luxurious room for a great price. They may not have personal ac's in the rooms but they do have a fan! Would still chose this location over the price gouging Super 8 is pulling in Concordia.

Rooms were meh…. The A/C would not stay running even though the thermostat was set below the ambient temperature in the room, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. I had maintenance come look at it and they said the unit was operating as it was supposed to. That didn’t exactly make sense to me. The hotel offered a room switch, but it maintenance is telling me that the unit was operating as expected, why would I go through swapping rooms at 10pm?I did have dinner and drinks at the 1922 Lounge during my stay. The bartenders were friendly and worked very hard, ensuring I was taken care of. The area was also lacking in sufficient air conditioning as the ambient temperature in the bar area was ~ 80 degrees at 8pm. The bartenders were sweating.Downtown Albuquerque is a ghost town. If you’re coming out here for business or for pleasure, do yourself a favor and reserve a room with food and amenities closer in a more walk friendly area. The immediate area around the hotel had very little to offer as far as food, shopping, or nightlife. It did not feel safe to walk around past dark.Safety: Didn’t feel safe after dark outside the hotel.Walkability: Not close to anything as far as restaurants or bars.Noteworthy details: Air conditioning is not good.

Jolene made our Anniversary special. She picked out the "Blue Room" #9 for us when we made reservations. King size bed, antique furnishings and a claw foot bath tub. Also surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine! The room was so clean and comfortable. The balcony on the 2nd floor was very nice to watch folks driving around in their golf carts, going to the ice cream shop "Big City Scoops" down the block. Jolene showed us how to work the coffee maker in the lobby, so we could have coffee in the morning. Quiet room. Definitely recommend staying here and enjoying the local hospitality.

Our stay at The Clyde Hotel was due to being in the area for a funeral. Jolene was extremely responsive and kind. The location was perfect for our needs, and hotel is located in the very quaint and charming town of Clyde. We are considering a return visit for fun!

Best hotel I've found in Albuquerque. My coworker and I are in the live event production business with an emphasis on hotel meetings and events, so we're very picky about where we stay on business trips. We actually liked this one so much that we went back on our return trip. Would definitely stay again!
