I give this place five stars. The owners are great they take care of their rooms. They take care of their customers and it’s a perfect spot to stay at if I’m ever back in Cherryvale Kansas I will be staying there.

Wonderful hosts and a beautiful building with so much history. An amazing piece of history right on the old train line. Lots of old train equipment to look at outside. Perfect gem if you have any interest in railway or architectural history. Lobby was undergoing renovations, but it was no inconvenience and I loved hearing about all their careful historical restoration. This stay was unforgettable.

If you value the sanctity of life of the pre-born, I would advise avoiding this establishment.

Shirley Ann and Jim were very accommodating. Beautiful rooms and a lovely breakfast. Sweet little extra touches like water in the room and trains on our coffee cups. Got to hear about the local history as well which was neat. Jim is doing some beautiful work restoring the building.

Looks ran down and dumpy. Over priced for what you get and it only has one bathroom......

We recently spent a weekend in Cherryvale and stayed at the Cherryvale Bed & Breakfast. Shirley and Jim are terrific hosts and should be commended for taking on the restoration of the historic Leatherock Hotel, the last of Cherryvale’s historic railroad-servicing hotels. Shirley prepared wonderful breakfasts; our suite was clean, roomy and quiet. We’ll definitely stay there on our next trip to Cherryvale.

The Route 66 Suite was beautiful. Our hosts were very knowledgeable about the area and chatted while they fed us an exquisite breakfast that met our dietary needs.

It's creepy and I'm not sure what the situation is as far as wanting customers.they don't advertise and you don't know what it is when you drive by.
