Lubbers in Cheney is a great place. First time I visited they were friendly and helpful. I worked with Curtis Lubbers. He is a great guy and made sure everything worked out smoothly. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

Troy Tunnell has worked with us on two vehicles now and we have been very impressed with his attitude, respectful, humor, as well as willingness to help in every way. I will never buy another car from lubbers. I was a customer for 20 years until recently. Our car got burned up in a fire in their shop. They treated me and my wife horrible. One of the Lubbers brothers called me and said don’t worry we’ll take care of. He will trade you for a car on the lot. That did not happen. I had to fight with their insurance company and gap insurance just to get my car paid off. They were not even willing to get us into a new car at a discounted rate, I wasn’t looking for something for free. I just wanted a very good deal on something since it was their fault. My car got burned up. I thought it would’ve been treated a lot better so the bottom line is avoid Lubbers . They might say a friendly way to buy on their TV ad, but it’s only until they make the sale they said they did the best they could ,I don’t think they did.i would like to hear from the other people who had their car destroyed.

Triple check your car before you buy. We took ours to our local dealer for an oil change and pointed out to us multiple nuts and bolts missing on the motor, oil dipstick tube. They couldnt even sell it with decent tires. Had to replace tires 10 months after buying the car, we hadn't even put 10k miles on them. Called and talked to them they said sorry and that was it. Was told they would help with the bill haven't heard anything back. Was gonna buy our next car with them not anymore.
