“*issue finally resolved & much appreciated, wish it had been a bit more timely/ but appreciated, thank you to manager*would be 1 star but *generally* decent employees.3 separate times i have been charged multiple times for the same purchase. this specific time, they apparently can’t make it right, employee told me internet was down, made me re pay - came in to say i was charged both times , she called boss (while on the phone w the boss, i overheard her saying while internet was down this happened to other people as well) who says it will drop off within 48 hrs (it’s now been 48 hrs) & they needed proof i was charged 2x - tho i was showing proof.i didn’t even want a refund, i just wanted what i had already paid for.customers in the parking lot say this continually happens to them as well”

“The ladies behind the counter are always friendly and conversational, but not too much so of that makes sense. I had to wait about 30 minutes to get a sub there one time but that was moreso on the first shift not stocking. Definitely a welcoming place, even though I was only in the area for work.”
