Wow, talk about bad customer service. I have never experienced insult like I did with this company.We called to order a barn. Spoke with Kevin, the owner, he was rude and very insulting. You don't have to say much, just ask about ordering a barn and Kevin will tell you he doesn't have time to talk to you about pricing and then hang up on you.When companies get big enough and make enough money, the customer relationships don't seem to be important to them anymore. I'm sure I'm not the first person to experience the wrath of Kevin and won't be the last.I can only guess both their service and products match their customer service skills.I am a business owner myself and I understand how important customer service is. I value it. Always treat your customers with respect.Don't be like Kevin.

I ordered 2 shelters. 1 they got delivered pretty quickly for my goats after a nasty wind storm took out the temporary shelter. The second 4 stall for my horses. which makes grain time so much easier.

I ordered a barn just like the one displayed on the web page and I was quoted a price. I later added another door on the back side of the barn and paid the addtional fee. The barn did not come with the gates or the wood lining inside of the stall. When I asked about it I was told it would be and extra charge. I said fine but it was supposed to be included. This was back in March, I have not gotten any response to adding the gates or the wood lining to the stalls. We also paid for anchors and the barn is still not anchored 6 months later. I have made repeated phone calls and texts with no response.The quailty of the barn seems good except for the fact that the floor is not on the joists and when you walk on it the floor sinks down. I have to pay someone to come fix that, I guess. My experiance started out very well and ended very badly. Just get everything 100 percent in writing if you do business with this company. Apparanly emails verifiying are not enough.

Contracted B&B to build a horse shelter for my pasture. The contract was fulfilled when promised and shelter delivered. When the first storm of the year blew through, the shelter ended up on its roof (no fault of theirs. I had not yet anchored it. ) When we pulled the shelter over to its proper resting, there was virtually no damage. The materials and construction are well worth the price!

Super great loafing shed for my cattle, excellent construction, excellent working inside panels, excellent interior head-gate, i put in 2 skylites and glad I did, the bldgs are truly just what a cattlewoman needs, it was delivered in a really cool way and my cattlemen neighbors already purchased theirs side they liked mine so much. Now Placing the order and dealing with the admin girl through the changes was a bit different, and had some confusion midway through build and I called to ask a question and owner answered and started screaming at me—true story— but really the buildings are so great I’m thinking I want to buy 2 more.
