The website takes you directly to Steve Faulkner Ford. Be careful of the service department. We handed them our car warranty papers and they said they don't take this warranty. We could file for a reimbursemen. Steve Faulkerdon service department charged us over $5k for work on a vehicle. Within 350 miles the same parts needed repair! When I called the service department and talked to Joe and Tommie the response they gave me- We have the best mechanics but we cannot ensure the factory has working parts. We were told the parts and labor are under warranty for two years and we can take it to any Ford. Really this is why I paid $5k for a service job done so poorly. Be careful and do not waste time or money at this service department.

Merle Kelly has always had great service, haven't been there for several years. I appreciated the follow up after having vehicles serviced. Bought a good looking truck there, would do it again.

The workers are always very nice and helpful with anything you have a question about and if they are not sure of the answer they will find it for you!!! Really respectful and considerate of everyone!!

I had a great experience with scott and jeff. They made it super easy and purchase was super fast. These guys was in the ball did exactly what I wanted in and out as if you went to a grocery store. Very great people and place. Thanks
