“I like this store on the whole, and the staff is friendly-ish. However, every time I visit this location, there are stocking carts and boxes blocking part of seemingly every aisle. It's crowding, and feels unsafe, especially for those of us with mobility issues.”

“I was in the area and decided to stop in. I was basically comparing what I seen at a previous location in KCK where I had seeing that store in total disarray. And what I witnessed at this particular location proves my point exactly. The outside of the facility looks a little worn down, but that doesn't have anything to do with the business itself it has to do with the location of where it's at. It's sort of a strip mall that has several other businesses within it, so they look just as rundown as the Family Dollar itself. But once you get inside, it's like a whole new world. The Isles are fully stocked, and you can actually walk through the aisles. No items sitting on the floor, floors are clean and swept. Shelves are neat. I took a while to just be mesmerized with how clean and neat everything looked. The staff were friendly and kind, so much so that I had to compliment them on how clean they keep their store and how well they treat their customers. My only regret is that I wish I lived in Chanute so that I can shop there all the time. If you're ever in the mood for shopping and you're in Chanute, kansas... stop into their Family Dollar. You won't be disappointed”
