Little info about the 1 star review. They brought in ~05 GMC Yukon, drivers door had been caught by wind, bent in rear edge of door to the point that they could no longer open rear door. I asked how good do they want it to look, they said it was an older vehicle, didn't want to spend much on it, just wanted to be able to open back door. So I took a plastic dead blow hammer and covered dolly and beat the edge back out enough to open rear door. Left several small pits in the paint and was informed they'd just had a new door put on. Upon further observation, seeing a rather large hood to fender gap, was told they'd hit a deer, had it repaired at the now closed Arthur body shop of which they weren't happy with several things there either. The reviewers wife initially brought the car in, the reviewer came in a few days later to complain, expecting the shop to fix it. The car showed up damaged, the rear door opens, there was no charge. It's unfortunate there are the pits in the paint, but had I know it'd just been repainted, I'd opted to not do anything at all since paint takes awhile to fully cure.
