“Just got off the phone with Rick a half hr ago. I had a problem with one of my slides not pulling out or going in. He directed me to the valve block where the solenoid's are for the slides. There was a white wire that came off the solenoid that operated that slide. I pushed the wire back on and wala the slide is working. Many thanks and much appreciation goes out to Rick. Down the road if I need major repair work done that I can't do myself, I will definitely make the trip out to have them make the fix.”

“Excellent parts department. Had a problem with air brakes on our 2004 Winnebago had great help from Randy in parts. They do not really work on R.V. s but we're still willing to come to Elks Lake and do what they could. Sold me a purge valve kit and drier, I replaced them and off we went.”
