These people don't care about your animals all they care about is money. If you're animal is sick they look for ways to get extra money from you. If you call about a issue they will put in the computer you're rude and then tell you to find another place. Don't waste your time with this place if you care about your animals

My dog had an unexpected medical emergency when I was in town visiting family. The staff here were amazing and so helpful. Unfortunately, my dog had to be put to sleep and they were so empathetic. I highly recommend them!

They are the worst vet in this area! I wouldn't take any animal that you care about to them. I can't even go into detail about what they done to my dogs. They don't care about your pets they are just there for a paycheck. This place needs to be shut down ASAP! If you love your pets take them to any place but here. This place is a joke.

My pet was very sick and we waited until they got done visiting before they made me leave her which makes her very upset Told them she was throwing up(4 lb dog). They tested for worms which I insisted on (no worms)said she was malnourished ?!Somehow had a sore near her tail found after we got home and has not raised her tail since! She’s a Pom wouldn’t give me anything unless I paid a lot for blood tests. Already paid 116$. Useless!!

I came to this vet because our regular vet does not handle orthopedic patients. The emergency response was amazing and the veterinarian who met with my husband and I was amazing. She was quick and clear and gave us specific instructions to care for our cats broken leg. We were to come EVERY Monday for 6-10 weeks to have his dressings changed and to make sure no infection was there. We were strongly advised to call if our cat started to chew his cast or tried to take it off. A week or two in we notice on Thursday that something is wrong. He’s not trying to use his broken foot anymore and he’s about ripped his cast off at the top. I call the vet right away. I’m connected with an older woman who is very short and rude with me after I explain the situation. They’re really busy this day and they tell me not to bring him. She says “I’m really busy. Do you have to bring the cat? He’s probably just uncomfortable” I’m like ok.. if you’re confident he’s fine then I’ll wait. I’m not a professional. Monday comes - they open his cast. He has an infection. When we very first came they said if he got an infection he could Lose his leg and we (my husband and I) needed to monitor him closely. She told us once before someone didn’t watch their puppy closely and it’s foot fell off - so i was determined to do EVERYTHING they said to a T. I was treated kind of poorly when I was just following the instructions provided to me. After that the infection got worse but thankfully he was able to come through and keep his leg. Overall - yes, he was fine but I wouldn’t come back here. I prefer to go somewhere that provides more compassion and care for the animals they treat as well as their owners. Not to mention the antibiotics and then the additional antibiotics added to our already really large vet bill. (Adding our cat didn’t even have to be sedated for cast change because he’s a good boy and each appointment took 15 mins or less to change his dressing and they were too busy to help)

I took my Great pyrenees here because she was limping. We had to leave her there and my fur baby was taken good care of. We found out she has hip dysplasia and an infected toe. They have her pain med and antibiotics. They also put her on a new food for her hip. Now she is acting like she has never felt pain a day in her life.

Don't ever go to this veterinarian my puppy got hurt on their property and they refuse to let me talk to their insurance company and I paid them $392.50 to get that puppy good and they said after 3 days he will go to normal and he is not he's still limping he still hurting and they refused to call me back or refuse to even give me any advice what to do all they say is it's out of their hands and out of their control they'll heal when he's ready to hear that's a bad veterinarian I would never recommend going to this place again in chanute terrible

I took my cat in and they told me she needed to be spayed when she had an infection and a temperature of 104. They said it was the best plan of action so they fixed and the next day I pick her up. They sent only pain medication and I gave it to her on a schedule. Two days later my baby died in me an my boyfriends hands. I was told by multiple people she should have been on antibiotics....
