They sent my dog home Friday afternoon after us telling them the symptoms of him not wanting to eat, play or drink that day, they checked his temp and said he was okay to go home and if he was still like that Monday to bring him back in. A genuine vet would know humans, let alone dogs can NOT go 3 days with no food or liquids. They intentionally sent him to his death bed that afternoon. The vet later admitted today he knew my dog needed testing, and knew he needed treatment. The vets reasoning for not offering us the advice we needed to save him was he’s had “experiences with people in cedar vale not wanting to pay for testing” following it up with “I know you’ve always paid me upfront” He never gave us that option to save his life or expressed any concerns for his health. He said he was good to go home then died that next Saturday morning on the way to the emergency vet hospital in Wichita. I do not recommend this place. The intention and compassion is what really matters in a vet, the amount of years means nothing if the intentions are impure. The service I received for my other dog (they’re litter mates) that sunday at the Wichita vet hospital confirmed for me that this clinic is 100% unqualified and unprofessional when it comes to smaller pets.The professionalism, compassion, and sense of urgency at this place is a zero star, but 1 is the lowest I can go.We are left with with broken hearts and so is his sister who will never again have her brother by her side.Rest in peace Zoro, we miss you.

I brought my bully to this guy, my dog was very lethargic wasn’t drinking or eating for at least 24 hours prior. This fella decides to drain his anal glands, my dog dies less than 12 hours later from the parvovirus. I call an actual vet the next day for my other dog, gave them the symptoms that my female dog was having ( same exact ones as my male that passed ) and the actual vet office automatically assumed it was parvovirus. If you love your dog I would not bring it to this place.the vets Receptionists the vet and his wife were all unprofessional and really don’t need to care for animals.
