Felt like I could trust shop foreman when he explain repairs on my old car. I didn't feel pressured by the salesmen - I was only planning on repairing my car, not buying a new one! I made the decision to buy new Escape and found everyone easy to work with. Although I miss my older model car, I made the right decision and love my new 2024 Escape!

You can find cheaper trucks than this place literally ANYWHERE ELSE in Kansas. Don't know why people would burn $ here when lawrence, an hour drive, has a better selection for thousands less.

This Quick Lane is fantastic. They perform the work quickly and correctly. They are upfront about additional recommendations for needed vehicle servicing but not at all pushy about performing the work. I am willing to travel the 100 miles to get fast, reliable and honest service over that of the 2 local Quick Lane service centers in my area. They offer better pricing and the customer service far exceeds that of what I get in the market I live in.

Korey, Troy and their team at Crow-Moddie Ford are simply outstanding! This was the most seamless, pleasant experience my wife and I have experienced purchasing a car in our lifetimes. We traveled from Manhattan, KS to buy a specific truck from them and so glad we did! We worked with JR and he was awesome. They weren’t pushy or your typical car dealership. We were in and out because they respected our time. After the sale, they even sent fresh cookies. So thoughtful, we’d definitely buy from them again!

I don't generally take the time to write reviews, but I just had the best car-buying experience of my life in Burlington Kansas and felt I should really "crow" about it! While I was reluctant at first to drive an hour into the "boonies" to look at a vehicle, Crow-Moddie Ford was the only place that had the specific Ford Flex I've been looking for. I worked with Korey and he was a kind, relaxed, no-pressure salesperson who simply answered all my questions and left it up to me to decide on the vehicle. He is a genuinely nice person and it showed in every communication we had. If you are someone who usually DREADS car-buying as a single professional woman, I cannot recommend this dealership more. Nothing was a hassle! I waited to write this review until after I took the used Flex on a long road trip and I am just as happy today as I was the day I purchased it. Without me even having to ask, they added an extended warranty and had the car washed, its oil changed and A FULL TANK OF GAS waiting for me the day I picked it up. MIND=BLOWN. Again, I cannot over-emphasize how calm and kind this car-buying experience was from start to finish. These are truly lovely people. I will buy all my cars here from now on! Five stars!
