1-Three months ago I came to this bank to replace my card, the manager of this bank was very dissatisfied due to her unwillingness to help or contribute to her work after a long inappropriate argument on her part she came to the conclusion of feeling sorry for everything she had said, trying to help, it was frustrating and racist, and she also used terms that a professional person should not use. In short, I left this bank very upset and swore never to return, but today, March 26/2024.. I came to make a deposit in my account because it had been three months without funds in it, the bankers were very happy to help but she again showed herself the manager seemed very unwilling to help a black person, using terms like. 1- you are suspicious
2- you live in another state
3- We will help you but I don't know what we will really do with your case.
4- Asking the bankers if they knew me if they knew who I was
6- And expressing airs of discouragement.
In the end I got so upset that I took my check and left and she said the reason is because we don't know if you are going to deposit again into this account so we don't know if we should help you and you live in another state, I didn't want to hear anything else and I I left frustrated and angry wanting to shout in her face everything I felt for her but I only expressed that she was racist and that she didn't like helping people who didn't have a certain economic level….
In short, I do not recommend this bank to anyone and even more so if you are someone of color, these people are not willing to deal with black people, they do not like it and they do not like them. In short, they are all cut from the same cloth, I hope this helps you. It helps a lot since when you call customer service to report everything, they cover themselves with the same blanket. It is not a reliable bank and you will have your worst experience.??

I am highly impressed with the excellent way that I am treated when I walk into this bank. Especially, the professional way that Jack B. assisted me with my financial needs. He does a fantastic job of making me feel valued as a customer. Thank you!

I really like this bank. I no longer live in Bonner but I still bank here. I usually go into the bank and always get helpful and courteous service. It’s great that I can get a replacement debit card right in the spot. However, I try to avoid the drive through. There is an older dark haired woman that is unpleasant to deal with. She is short with customers and flat out rude. It would be the perfect bank if not for her. Today I made the mistake of going through the drive thru and ended up in her lane. I felt terrible about making her get out of the chair and deal with me. I obviously interrupted her conversation. Unfortunately her negative attitude has left me feeling uncharitable. She popped my good mood bubble.

I absolutely love this bank! My family has banked here for over 20 years. You really are treated like family here. The tellers know you by name and always greet you with a smile. Sol Jacobsen is the absolute best! If you ever have a question or a concern; he has an answer or a solution. I would recommend UBT to anyone.

When I first got my loan from this bank, they were all very kind and helpful. When I went through the drive through and told them I wanted to pay off my loan, I was given a number and I gave them the money and thought I had paid the loan off. I waited and waited for my lien release and when I called, the branch manager told me I had not paid off my loan. I explained to her that I had been in a couple weeks before and paid. Turns out, they had given me just the principal and did not include the interest. So I still owed for the interest. I was furious and the branch manager told me I must not have requested the correct amount to pay off my loan. I am very upset that I was getting blamed for this incident. Then when I did pay off my ENTIRE loan, it took another month for me to get a lien release. The only reason I actually received it is because I drove to the bank and sat in the lobby until I had a physical copy in my hands. Horrible customer service and do not recommend.

My wife and I own a small company called R-Mech Heating Cooling and Plumbing (PLUG PLUG LOL). We have had a 17 year banking relationship with BMO Bank. During this Covid 19 crisis, the government stimulus was designed to get into small businesses hands just to pay their staff to keep the economy limping along and food on tables. Our biggest fear wasn't for my wife and I as we are older and more established, but it was for our young employees with young children.

We have our business accounts with UBT, they have been the most reliable, trustworthy and friendly people to bank with. They treat us like family and go out of their way to accommodate us. Wonderful!
