i worked at the bonner store...when i first started it was a thriving store...lots of good prices....then wendy became the captain...prices on clothes are rediculous high! and every donation is sent to main store for pricing and distribution...therefore all the good stuff goes to johnson county stores. take a stroll thru the store... its filled with trash items for sale. horrible upkeep and very rude employees. note this....an older gentlemen fell in front of store recently and wendy turned her back and walked away! the store needs to be closed...

My first time dropping off items. This was the Bonner Springs location. The sign says to open the door and put in items in blue bin. Dirt was locked so I rang the bell. The guy who opened the door didn’t say hello (even when I said it). He pushed the blue bin out and talked to another employee the entire time I loaded my items from my trunk to the bin. Never said a word to me. Very rude! I will continue donating to goodwill.

Their no-price no-sale policy is absurd! I had been to six thrift stores looking for a tiny dish with a 3-inch diameter. I found one there but since it didn't have a price tag on it they told me they had to send it back to the warehouse for pricing! Where is the common sense? We're talking about something that was maybe $1 or $2 at best. D****

I used to love this store but over the last 12 months I've watched as they have inched their prices higher and higher. I just left there and found so many items of clothing priced OVER $15 and $30.... That is appalling considering this is a thrift store that is receiving the clothes as donations from the community to sell back to the community at a LOW cost for those who shop consignment for financial reasons. I am no longer supporting this store, and will be going across the street to Goodwill ✌️

I feel like this store in Bonner Springs goes out of their way to hire rude employees. Very disappointing service and ever increasing prices.

Typical thrift store. Usually feels like it could use a top to bottom scrubbing, but you can find a deal here or there. More affordable than the Goodwill across the street, but also lower quality. They can be haggled with tho so bonus points for that. Really, really wish they understood no one is buying clothes based on what color it is instead of by size.

Just walking through the store I feel like I have to take a bath. It’s gross. Prices are outrageous for the furniture that’s in there. Just my thought. I’ll definitely go to savers a lot cheaper prices and a lot cleaner store.
