All the other reviews pretty much cover everything. Read them. Did get in a door almost 2 hours before appt time. Guy I checked in with was very pleasant. Lady I got paperwork from hates her job. Keep area in front of dock open for backing in. Some drivers don’t. Don’t be that guy. No restrooms that I saw.

Plenty of parking overnight and all day and you will need it. Did not receive door until 2 hours past appointment time even though checked in an hour earlier. Once in door. Took 9 hours to be loaded. Also disappointing as while storage is underground, docks are all topside. Nothing like the well run and well engineered facility in Springfield, Mo. very poor service. Staff not helpful at all.

Reviews were spot on about this place. It's a little tricky to find but just stay on 32. Don't deviate don't follow the truck route and you should do fine. Just stay on till it dead ends it will dead end right at their parking lot. They took me early. Got me in a dock unloading's taking a little bit but hey they took me early. No complaints, five stars. Maybe Garmin DZL has got that route turned fixed now because it brought me right to it but I was using Google maps to double check.

They won’t load you before your appointment Even they have your product ready…waited 10 hours to get loaded

Don't follow your GPS wasn't bad once I got there they actually loaded me a day early and was allowed to park outside the gate overnight

Once your on 32 (kaw Dr) stay straight. You will see truck routes pointing another direction IGNORE IT!!! Kaw Dr turns into W Front Dr then Loring Ln. there is no low bridges or anything that you need to be scared off. I got here with no issues driving at night. Overnight parking is outside the guard check before entering the property. Got loaded pretty Quick. If your coming to pick up a load check in by the dock entrance then you get your paperwork by main office by dock door 1

06:00 appointment arrived at 04:30. Doesn't open until 6am. Checking easy, out I to door 3 and about a hour unloading. Not bad

Road needs pavement. I got 2 flat tires because of the pebbles & metal pieces. But the creation of cold store is awesome.
