$14 wash, and my car looked like it just had the dirt spread around the outside. No clean towels in any bin at all. Used dirty towels to remove what dirt that I could. The vacuums were clogged except for the couple closest to the vacuum pump. And still only 1 person barely spraying the drivers side at the beginning.

I have a membership and have had for a couple of years ,but one thing I don't understand is they only have one person spraying the vehicle as you pull in and normally they are on the driver's side and only spray the driver's side. I don't get it ?so I think what I'm going to do is after I go through once I'm going to go through again and have them spray the passenger side on the second time through.

10/27/23-My last two washes were horrible. I should have just gone through a second time instead of wiping down every inch of spots all over my Jeep. The cloth was dirty too. I can wash my Jeep much cheaper and have a better outcome. This is just sad.Great place for a wash. They took away the spray bottles for windows my only complaint My last wash left spots on my black Jeep. My friend said his truck also had spots. If they don't fix this I will have to take my business to a other car wash.

The front spraying people are so lazyI wanted to go back though because my wash was horrible but no one was really around and a line was forming, super disappointing !

Minivan was dirty going in after road trip in rain and some mud below middle of front passenger door. Still dirty coming out. Mud still there and sooooo many places still filthy. To add insult to injury no towels at any stalls. Total waste of money. This to say after your response. I’m thinking you need to address the issue. One attendant attempting to get trouble spots on the front, sides and back will never happen as he has no time. I would also think if you had adequate number of attendants on duty no way every towel dispenser would be empty. Quality and customer satisfaction start from the top and should never be directed by the customer. Your asking me to correct the issue without acknowledging the problem explains clearly why it happens in the first place. I would also remind folks reading this that what you see or experience is typically only the tip of the iceberg

It's a good carwash at times and sometimes it is not very.good...when i get home the has some spots that was not clean... brushes maybe?

Never clean towels in the bin. Blow drier does a poor job of drying the car. I think it may be time to cancel my membership and GO elsewhere.

It doesn't get the vehicle clean. And doesn't blow it dry. These car washers used to be good Now the guys barely even spray it down when you enter . If you're lucky though spray your hood and your windshield and maybe half the driver's side. Not sure whether you've been standing there

Went to this car wash last night and it was a horrible wash. My car was left with an oily residue ask them to wash it again and they agreed and it only made my vehicle worse. As a member of this car wash I am extremely disappointed.

Staff is great and full of handsome guys! The wash does really good. Only thing is the dryer could dry a little better.

I have been a customer for several years with the basic plan. A sign at the entrance says rates would be increased by a dollar. My rate was increased by more than double. Sounds like false advertising to me. We were not told anything about the price increase and it was automatically taken out of my c/c. I only authorized the lower amount. Very disappointed with the whole situation.

Staff are friendly, but the wash itself lacks a lot to be desired. The wash does not get the car clean and the vacuums are hit & miss.

Not great. I told them I wasn't getting the wash i purchased and they said there w!s nothing they could do. It was a lower grade wash. They stopped and gave me the lowest grade wash offered. I had to go thru a second time to get the wash I bought. And the wheel scrubbers do nothing on the driver's side of the vehicle. This was a disappointment.

Will not be going back after automatic car wash DAMAGED my car! Every car on the conveyor was hit and car wash claimed the blame was on the first car and had video to prove it that they would share with insurance company. Insurance company tried to get video multiple times and car wash ignored the calls leaving all the damaged cars without recourse! Insurance said that the car wash was actually to blame. $10 car was cost many people significantly more in damages!
