Not much charm or sophistication. And ya gotta love the awkward teen girls at the check out who talk about other customers shopping. No thanks :)I’ve been spoiled by other unique boutiques in Brookside and downtown Overland Park but this one misses the mark on having much character.

Customer service is absolutely amazing at this boutique. I bought a KC beanie from the store and the evening I bought it after wearing it briefly, the cute little fluff ball on top fell off (no fault of theirs). Without hesitation after contacting the store via Instagram and receiving an immediate response after their business hours on a Friday night, the next day a new one was made and at the store for me to pick up!

This cute little boutique is situated in a shopping center across from the Shawnee library. The owners are SO kind and stock their store with unique farmhouse-like decor, candles, gifts galore, and mill valley hs, chiefs, and royals attire. If I need a birthday gift for someone, I always come here to find something and it's always a huge hit. I love the unique cards they have by the register, too. I always get compliments when I hand them out, whether it be for a birthday, thank you card, or just because. I definitely recommend checking this place out!
