DO NOT buy the Shop Pro DEF Fluid here. It destroyed my truck within hours and saving $30 is costing me $5,000 for a new system. Ray swapped out my Platinum Blue DEF with their store brand and said DEF is DEF, “It’s like buying milk at the store”. The Store Manager told me to take my car to the mechanic and call him with an estimate before moving forward. I called him back and then got the old “All claims are through corporate” speech and acted completely helpless. I called corporate to place a claim on 4/22/2024 and was told the Regional Manager would be calling me within 2 business days. It’s now 5/6/2024 and I still haven’t heard a word from them. My truck was put into limp mode and can’t go over 5MPH until the whole system is replaced for $5,000. Buyers please BEWARE!

They are nice people working there .. When I'm in bonner & need something from an auto parts it is my go-to.. They put antifreeze in my car for me & didn't buy a thing.. Thanks everyone who works there..

Got a rear wiper blade for my Toyota Highlander and the employee attempted to help me install it even with a customer waiting. After he couldn't figure it out, I watched a YouTube video and had it installed in a couple of minutes. Thanks for trying to help.
