My wife was coming home from vacation in South Dakota back here to Texas and had an overheating problem had to use jeep website to locate this dealer which is of no issue.
As an automotive technician I knew something electrical was going on with her 21 Wrangler by FaceTime checking of her truck while she is stranded in the middle of nowhere Kansas (Concordia). She called me freaking out because jeep got a little hot while she was getting my 3 children food as they had been driving all day. They were trying their best to push through to Wichita to get some sleep because a 18 hr drive did not work for her.
She stayed in Concordia overnight and got the family loaded up to head to this dealership to try and get this thing fixed unsure whether they would help or not. She dealt with Kasey in the service department and you rocked it got her going I’m sure as fast as they could. And got her back on the road to come back home by 10:15 in the morning. I can’t tell you guys how grateful I am that you expedited the service and being in the industry I’m aware of how hard it is for people to tell you the positive rather than just blasting all the bad. Thank you guys for getting her back on the road quickly and having everything taken care of if we end up in the neighborhood I’ll definitely get the lot some breakfast.
