“We called on a Sunday on the 2nd of January when it was 8 degrees outside. They came promptly and towed the car, even though it was a Holiday weekend and cold. I paid a fair price and would use them again.”
“Excellent customer service! Called and spoke with Hayden. He helped me over the phone and had the parts. I asked how much to install and he estimated that. I then decided to just have Countryside to install it. Dropped Polaris Sportsman off before noon and he said it would be likely fixed Thursday. He called me 3 hours later and had it fixed already:) Don't you expect that to happen often, and I won't next time but it was great. He then gave me 45 minutes to get there and pick up before he left. His estimated cost was the final cost. Countryside Motors, you need to keep that guy around. I was in a couple years ago as well and Hayden was my contact, good service, smart and sometimes super fast. Thanks Hayden.”

“We just picked up our BMW X3 and couldn’t be more happier with their service and attention to detail they have. This was the second time we have brought our car to them. Was expecting to pay more than our insurance deductible but actually ended up paying less. This body shop is one of the few left family owned companies. They treat you like family which was a nice surprise.
Do yourself a favor and come straight to them for any of your insurance or bodywork needs. You will thank me later!! Would give 2 more stars if I could!!”

“Had my Trailblazer hood repaired and painted 9 years ago. Noticed the paint was oxidizing so I took it back to check on it's warranty. Yes it was warrantied and they had it paint and back to me in one day. Great job George, service like this is priceless.Services: Painting”

“I recently took my 2012 F250 6.7L powerstroke to this shop to address a rough running condition. They quickly diagnosed a #6 injector failing/bad idler/belt and fuel filters. Once i authorized the repairs they got right to work and had my truck finished in 24hrs. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in and around the state of Kansas. I will continue to bring my truck here if any further repairs are needed.”

I do believe they are a popular place as you have to wait a little bit in line to get serviced, but they tell you that up front and double check on what the cost will be before doing it. “We were traveling through the town of Wellington when I discovered a screw in one the camper tires, called Rausch tire, the lady who answered was very helpful and polite. She scheduled me within the hour, received prompt service and the young man that fixed the tire was also polite and quickly took care of the problem. I was impressed that he also used a torque wrench to set the lug nuts to proper torque, an important thing on RV tires. I'd definitely do business with them again.”
