“I rented a unit at this facility for quite a few years and it changed company names a few times while I had my Possessions there. The one constant was Cindy who runs the facility. She was always friendly and treated me great. There was a few times when I was able to pay my rental fees that I had forgotten to come pay and she always called not just remind me, but to check to see if was OK, showed real concern.”
“The staff are very friendly, they are gatecoded, you have 24 hrs access to your stuff. Though they are a bit remote from wichita, it's not bad, Kellogg takes you right to it, just a little way past Greenwich rd. But not being in the thick of wichita reduces the crimes that plague the high traffic areas. It's an asset IMO.”

“The receptionist is super friendly but there is hardly anyone here. I need to make my payment and I want a printed receipt. I don't want to do it online. I want to talk to a person standing in front of me and pay and get my receipt. That way I am on camera paying my in case there is ever a question. It is a good place very clean but there actually needs to be someone in the office during office hours.”

impressed when I found out she was running two properties that day in 90° weather! She would promptly communicate with me & made the transition from the unit I originally rented (that was too small) to another unit space that was perfect!
I highly recommend working with her.”

“Roxy has been the best. I am currently moving to a temporary place so having to store most of my stuff. And unit size keeps having to change as do other parameters. And she's been awesome helping me switch and helping when she can. I haven't had any issues with public storage itself so my review is specifically for the personal who work there.”
“So far I have had zero issues here. Sometimes the gate acts up but they are all over it when it does. Technical issues can be looked past to a point, it’s the well executed interactions that make things nice and easy jere.”

One thing I was worried about was having an outdoor unit because of the rain & past experiences at other places, but checked on it the next morning and after a few bad thunderstorms & absolutely no water or leaks in the unit. I was really surprised & impressed. I definitely recommend this place. Prices are reasonable. I paid up for 3 months & it was under $60. But also it was a smaller unit, still a good size.”
