The other reviews on the service ratings I just read are absolutely true especially regarding Brittany. I experienced the same lack of help and rudeness from her… you get the run around with no help forthcoming! She is argumentative and unprofessional. It’s been unbelievable. My Dad is visiting us and he needs his oxygen here at night due to respiratory and cardiac related needs. Brittany admitted she didn't know NC required a signed prescription by a doctor so that a patient traveling to this state could get their oxygen delivered. How can she not be aware of a requirement that is so necessary in this line of work? This company is negligent in their care of patients and this is dangerous to patients. They do not follow through on what they should be doing in a timely manner so people have the care they need when they need it. DO NOT USE THIS USELESS COMPANY!!! Your family member’s life could be at stake, literally. We’ve been waiting 48 hours for oxygen for him and still nothing. Tomorrow is the third day of waiting… will the job get done??? It only takes sending a simple fax but apparently this is very difficult for this company. ??????

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My husband has just started on a CPAP. We received a machine in the mail. Being new to the CPAP he was unsure of the process. He had been contacted by several companies in the weeks that he had the test and received the machine. He received a phone call from this company not knowing they were not the company that provided his machine. They set up multiple appointments for him to come in to their office but never told him why or what he needed to come in for. Never could answer any of his questions. His appointments were always rescheduled or the person he was to meet with was not there. I finally took over and contacted this office. BRITTANY IS A RUDE INDIVIDUAL. Not sure who turned her into such a cold hearted and worthless person but customer service is NOT the job for her. She has NO CLUE what is going on with anything and does not know how to do her job. She is also very argumentative. According to her she is the supervisor which is shocking if she is telling the truth. I was able to figure out that they didn't even need to contact my husband in the first place seeing how we received the machine from a much more personable and helpful company. Could have saved us a lot of time and frustration. THANK GOD we do not need to do any business with these people. There are multiple other companies in Wichita who can provide these services.....pick one of them....any of them just do not use this place.

If I could give this company a negative 0, I would. Brittany was incredibly unprofessional and "mean". Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. She needs to be fired. Told my husband since he was on Medicare he would only ever get a "used CPAP" machine and be responsible for any repair. They gave him a used machine, but didn't disclose until after he was home and found a dent that it had extensive repairs prior. He returned the machine the next day and "Queen Brittany" told him he would never get off the bottom of the list for new one and used was all the Medicare patients deserved. I work in medicine and can't believe that companies like this exist. Finding workers is difficult, but she's ridiculous.

If I could give zero stars I would. I NEVER write a bad review!! This company has the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced . One person tells you one thing and another contradicts everything. Brittney is so incredibly hateful and unprofessional!! Why they don’t fire her is shocking. Corporate does nothing. My Mom is on hospice now and they’re fine with removing the oxygen concentrators without replacement. Shady shady company

Nothing but issues and more issues with terrible billing problems…calling and requesting answers and you just get sent around to others to help with “I’ll call you back after checking into it” with no return call…still no resolution…

Questionable billing practices. HIPAA violations. Unprofessional staff. Don’t go there!-I have spent hours of my time over several months trying to get incorrect billing sorted out. I was billed for things I wasn’t supposed to have been and continued getting delinquent bills and letters even after multiple calls trying to get the account reviewed. Nothing I was billed matched my insurance explanation of benefits. Local staff was part of the problem though the billing is outsourced.-Extremely small and very crowded office and staff discussed full patient names and care openly.-Staff was rude, condescending and unprofessional from my first interaction going forward. Will never return.
