This is undoubtedly the best mechanic shop you can take your German car to and I trust them more with my car than the shady dealers. The dealer in my city (Kansas City) got the car in and replaced every single component in the car including coils, spark plugs, injector, a new ECU, and sat there for a month only to not solve anything. I found this place through a friend and wanted to get a 2nd opinion on why it’s happening. Tom took care of my car to my understanding and the shop helped find a tow for my car from Kansas City to Wichita area and within 2 days we had an answer that the vehicle had severe internal damage and needed an engine. Not only is this shop quick, great, and honest about what they do, they use their brains and not only a computer to pinpoint many POSSIBLE issues with your vehicle! Great job guys thank you so much!

Marvelous experiences. I have the car set to go in for some other glitchy electrical. I'm not one to trust the car repair place easily. They won me over from start to finish.

These guys are quick and thorough, AND they don't pressure you to do work that isn't needed. I like that in a mechanic! I used to take my Acura to the dealer for service, but I wanted to find somewhere closer (and less expensive), so I tried out Luxury Import Specialists with a basic oil change. Their knowledgeable staff and their no-pressure service made me decide to come back, and that was a couple of years ago!I haven't been in the service bay, but the reception area is clean and has a Keurig coffee maker available if you are waiting for your car. I will always entrust my car to Luxury Import Specialists.

Brian and the team at luxury imports are life savers!! True definition of serving the customer to the highest ability. My 2011 335is left me stranded on a cross country road trip. These guys were able to get me in sameday accurately diagnose my engine troubles and luckily sourced local parts and got me back on the road within a couple hours. This saved me thousands in rental and lodging fees and I was happy to pay their beyond reasonable rates for service. Would recommend them over any shop in the area 10/10 times!!

Took my car in for a significant coolant leak on a Friday. I called a half-day after taking it, got a diagnosis and was told I’d receive a call right back about an estimate. That was the first of three unreturned calls Friday and Monday. Chris and Brian were apologetic and said they were training some new people. Later Monday, I got the estimate and the part had to be overnighted. But it got stuck in Texas. An extra day there. It got done Wednesday, but then they found another leak—and another overnight part. (The two parts in question sometimes need replaced in tandem. Bad luck for me.) I got the car back on Thursday, but when I drove away I noticed the check engine light. Something hadn’t been put back together quite to Audi’s specifications. I waited around the shop for another hour or so and now it’s fine. The second part they gave me at cost for my trouble. They were nice and informative in person. I was patient. The three stars is for the initial lack of communication, delay in ordering the first part and the check engine issue. From what I can tell, the price was fair and less than going to the dealership. I’ve had the 2016 Audi over three years and have always used another shop for regular maintenance. This was the first big repair and the other shop was booked too far out. I would give this place a second chance to make the experience smoother. After all, the repair being sound is most important.

Great service! They thoroughly inspected my Mercedes while completing a regular service and did not push any unnecessary repairs. I feel very comfortable with them and their work. Highly recommend!!

Very pleased with the service. Had a very good experience. I brought my car in car in with a coolant leak and was fixed promptly. Had an issue with it leaking again due to a manufacturing issue with one of the parts. I was told to bring it in again and it was fixed with no extra cost out of my pocket. Very professional and quick. Will be bringing my car back for regular maintenance

Fantastically knowledgeable personnel, very reasonably priced. Respectful of customers wallets and their time. offer simplified explanations in layman's terms of what needs to be fixed and why. Will tell customer if repair can wait to be done. Offer budget alternatives at other shops for generic maintenence/repair

I spent weeks looking for a new shop. With the high reviews they seemed they’d be the one. Got one vehicle in just fine, but the front desk associate scheduled my Jaguar for the wrong ticket. Granted, I was just 2 hour late to my 10am appointment (that was a 2 week wait), but they wouldn’t take my vehicle because the associate wrote down oil change, and I need a lot more than that.Sure they’re busy, but we are all busy. And they’re busy because they don’t have staff. They project their short handed business practice onto the paying customer, instead of getting adequate or more help.I was told small businesses will go out of their way to make something work, but not this one, or any local Wichita auto shop, from my experience.Don’t buy a Jaguar and live in Wichita, this is really unfortunate.I’ve requested owner to contact me about this, because he either lied or is being lied to by a bad front desk associate.Services: General repairs & maintenance
