Always slow to check out more than enough employees to open more than one register. One of the managers was reading the paper while there was at least seven people in line.
Edit-out of so many things. Poor customer service felt like a nuisance. Lucky I needed gas or I wouldn't of stopped.

Stopped by on a short road trip back home to stretch, use the bathroom, get snacks late at night. While looking at the snacks, the only employee in the store rudely steps in and threatens me and my family, cussing us out telling us we better not be stealing back here… What?? Then after my BIL checks out, he says he tried to make polite small talk with the employee, but the employee was just complaining about not being able to get high. Jeez! No wonder he’s so paranoid, he’s a tweaker! I had 2 kids with me, it’s completely uncalled for them to be exposed to this type of lowlife behavior. I don’t have Casey’s near where I live since there are so many Quik-Trips so if this is the type of people that get hired here, I think I’d rather avoid Casey’s entirely and just use the bathroom on the side of the road next time I’m on a road trip.

Ordered a pizza at 6:15. My estimated pick up ready time was 6:30. When I got there (6:30-6:40) they hadn’t even started my pizza or even put it in the oven. When I asked the cashier how long would it take, she shrugged her shoulders. They didn’t even seem to be overly busy lacking a valid reason for the delay. Happy Mother’s Day folks!

No Mayo for a purchased sandwich, no receipt can be given, credit card machine is broken. I’d hate to be the poor employee that has to work the counter. Management must be out to lunch.

Place closes at 10:00, not 11:00.Edit- they actually close around 9:30, not at 11:00 p.m. like listed on their Google. It's kind of tricky, it fully depends on what time the person working wants to get out of there. Most days I literally just drive right past it and go to QuikTrip or 7-eleven. Way better everything.

Nothing is wrong with the store. The tire air pump outside broke 3 people's tires. They blame the pump company. All you have to do is put an out of order sign on it.

This Casey's never has pizza! I've gone at/around lunchtime several times hoping to pick up a slice and their warmer is ALWAYS EMPTY. To make matters worse, the employees are all literally standing, kneeling, or sitting on a crate behind the counter. I've also gone in around 3 pm and the warmer is empty. Bad business, imo, since they are less than 5 min from the high school. They are losing out on a ton of sales. You'd think lunchtime & after school would be times to make sure you have food ready to go!

Planned on spending over a hundred bucks in this place on multiple pizzas for a birthday party. This would be our second birthday party this month for children born in August They have a deal with two pizzas for $10. Guy refused to give me the deal for more than two of the pizzas. Guess you will lose my business and probably 2 or 300 other people in the area after the word gets out.

Hours are incorrect and gas can't be pumped after "closed" even if paying with a card. Never been to a gas station that shuts off its pumps before 10pm.

We frequently order pizza online through the app - zero issues and has always been ready by the specified time. Typically stocked on pizza by the slice, donuts and good fountain drinks. Just beware hot chocolate and cappuccino dispenser is 50/50 that it's working and ice cream machine is down more than McDoanlds.

Just go to QuikTrip instead. This place is slow as can be, cashiers hardly ever even acknowledge you, 3 people in the pack while there’s a line of 10 customers and 1 cashier working..

Ordered pizza and I was told it would be 45 minutes. Finally got it at almost an hour. Gentlemen took one pizza off for the long wait. Otherwise this would have been 1 star.
