Awesome business. Rented with living space about 3 years. Wonderful home and experience! Easy communication, very respectful and honest. Always answered back promptly if issues and resolved quickly. Definitely recommend.

The ladies at Living Spaces are extremely rude and unpleasant to work with. In my opinion, they do not abide by Fair Housing Laws. I felt that I, as well as the other individuals I intended to live with, were discriminated against due to inherent circumstances, as we were immediately denied the opportunity to even apply for a rental space. We contacted them on multiple occasions in 2021 via phone call, and felt that we were spoken to in a very disrespectful and disparaging manner.

Amy and her husband were very disrespectful to my family. Amy would insult our cleaning saying the house that we spent all night cleaning was filthy and dirty, when we would call them out on it, they would dismiss it as being “professional”. I understand if our cleaning didn’t meet their standards, though it doesn’t give them the right to just be plain mean. Her husband, was denying service with us because we acquired a cat. When we first rented with them, (before Covid) they were very nice and respectful. I don’t know why they are treating us like this. I am disappointed with their service.

Amy wright was our landlord, and I will say she was the worst landlord I’ve ever had. We were up for two days cleaning and scrubbing the house and getting ready to move out. Mind you my mom has a chronic condition and was still recovering from a recent car crash, and was cleaning for hours. We had also lived in that house for 5 years so obviously it wasn’t in the same brand new condition that we got it in, but it was definitely clean, and any damages we paid for. She was extremely disrespectful and had zero tact. She was very unclassy and was racist towards us. She repeatedly called us dirty filthy black people, and said we had low standards. Even though she was never specific with her standards and told us to have the place clean and cleared out which we definitely met. She also was horrible with matinence and never fixed our lights for a year even though she would fix other peoples matinence throughout the neighborhood. I was shocked by her treatment. Even if she doesn’t like something, their is a professional and respectful way to say things. She needs to be held accountable for her actions and know she cannot just treat this way. Thank you for listening! Okay I’m off my soap box. Lol

I rented for just one year with Living Space and Amy. My experience was very positive, surprisingly so. Amy was consistently very responsive to any issues and always totally professional. I highly recommend working with Living Space.

Lived in one of their rental houses for about 3 years and they were awesome landlords! I’ve lived in lots of rentals from college and they were very responsive and took great care of us. Would definitely recommend renting from them!
