I perform all over the country and every once and a while my van decides to make the next destination a challenge.After performing at the Baldwin City elementary schools I was worried about a sound the van has been making. I brought it to Gregg and he found what two other mechanics, in the past two weeks, couldn't find. I was headed to California and I would not have made it past Texas without my wheel flying off.He found the root cause of my problem where the others only patched it. He also went out of his way to find a hotel for me and my assistant and gave us ride there too! The only place that had my part opened at 8am the next day.Excellent customer service! This is how it's done!Thanks Gregg!

I would highly recommend Gregg Bruce Auto. I was worried about going on a trip with my 90 year old mom. They squeezed me in during a busy week. Besides checking things for a road trip, they found I needed new back tires and brake pads. They tires came overnight and everything was done by 24 hours of first dropping off my vehicle. Big thank you to Gregg Bruce Auto for helping me out with a tire that had a nail in it yesterday! He was busy but squeezed me in and had me back on the road within 15-20 minutes so I could get back to work. Super nice guy and professional. Definitely recommend!
