Parking lot is difficult to get in and out of safely. Customer service is nothing to be proud of. The store looks dirty all the time, especially the bathrooms. Definitely don't make this my choice stop for gas stations in Augusta.

Rude customer service. I was overcharged and they don’t even have an active phone line so I could call and correct the mistake. Terrible experience and a waste of money and time. Not to mention pictures of security camera footage on the doors look trashy.

Saturday June 22 2019 8:45 am my card declined which I knew was their system. Lady was rude. Went down the street worked fine. Her treatment of me and adamant stance that it couldn't possibly be her machine has lost the store two customers. Go down the street to Jumpstart.

Brent VanDyke, I can completely understand your take on Robin or Robyn or whatever. That's why she is strictly on third shift, because she is very rude and has almost zero customer service. Now that that's said, please don't put down the other employees. They are good people and they do show it to their customers. Also, the general manager I have known for a few years now and I know personally is a good and honest person. I get it man. Robin is a *expletive* no doubt. Their gas is always cheaper though. They are convenient and minus the third shift questionable person, they are a great store with great people.

Presto has a drink sale going for .79 AND they claim their drink stays colder longer! I can't believe how expensive cigarettes are! Marlboro on sale for 6.18. Good thing I don't smoke! That not much less than minimum wage. Wow! Imagine working an hour for a pack of cancer! Oops! Not here to soapbox, supposed to be reviewing the Presto. Can't complain. It's your average convenience store with snacks, drinks, gas, lottery tickets. Located on a main road through town, so it stays busy.
