In four new car purchases over 25 years, Parks has been there for my family. Thank you!My heartfelt thanks to Dairry Walker, Devon Foster, Tim Iverson, Chad, Charlie, and many others who make each visit to Parks Motors a homecoming. I am treated fairly and with respect. Buying a new car and trading an old friend is stressful but not with Dairry Walker and Parks on your side. When my Jeep needs service, Tim and Chad take care of me without fail. Visited Parks motor this week 10/19/23 and met with their car salesman Travis Richardson. It was literally the first day of starting my car buying process, so didn’t expect to leave with a finalized contract. After going over a vehicle that fit our needs, we ended up considering what I thought was going to be a good deal. Ended up being a bait and switch by the dealership. This is the most unethical process I’ve ever been part of. I gave them the exact max dollar amount and loan that I was trying to get approved for. They negotiated with me on the trade-in and presented a preliminary contract with the final sales price that fit my budget. They even did the car salesman deal where they had me give my initial right next to the sales price if I was committed. I gave them my commitment to purchase the vehicle if he would get to that final price. He came back to the office with his manager and said that they agreed to it. I let them know that I would be looking into financing in the next week. I had Travis send me a sales contract that afternoon and it ended up being 7000 more than what we discussed in the office. They even took my deposit, $1,500 down that day immediately. The salesman was non-apologetic, and gave no explanation as to why they change the sell price. He essentially ignored my calls for the next day or so. I'm just in disbelief that a deal could be handled so badly.

I recently negotiated and purchased a new Ram 1500. Travis and Shane were very understanding of some medical issues that delayed the purchase. I felt like they were supportive all the way. Due to recent divorce my credit was below adequate yet they were able to find a willing lender which was a relief. On the day I took possession I could not have been more welcomed by the entire staff. It felt very friendly not intimidated at all. I will recommend Parks Motors to all looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I know where I will be going if I have a need to purchase another vehicle.

Sean went above and beyond to help us find a car we liked. We’ve never had someone help us so much. He was also very efficient with time. One dealer had us at their store for 10 hours. It was an extreme pleasure working with him.

Had a great experience at this dealership. Shane (Big Red) stone got me in and out in a hour. Got me a good trade in and a great price on my vehicle. I had a good time working the deal out with him and would go back again. Very respectful and understanding.

Listen, this is long-winded, but it needs to be.In December of 2019 I purchased my 2014 Silverado 1500 from Parks. The day I went to look at and buy the truck it threw an airbag code that said the passenger position sensor was faulty. I brought this up to a Mr. Steven Radacovich (that probably is not the spelling of his name and he doesn't work there anymore) and he promised to get it fixed. Writing on the form that says what the dealership owes, the salesman filled in that a fix would be provided. All is well. Just leaving an overnight shift at the time, I was not fully aware that the promissory note the salesman filled out was already completed with big bold letters saying: "Nothing else owed." written out in the details area. Right underneath, the promised fix. (Poor form on my part to not ask for a new sheet.) Got the truck, and the people I worked with hurried the process along as I was heavily needing sleep. Even so much so as to allow me to take the truck and come back after I had rested that way I could have a clearer head. (Props where they are due.)However, it is 2023. The fix has never been done to my truck. Parks has called and made the effort to have my truck looked at and they have the knowledge of my problem, mechanically. But from a paperwork standpoint the promissory note with the poorly structured details has prevented any form of fix (this is my assumption).I was recently contacted by a customer fulfillment individual, whose name escapes me, filled him in on my issue and he informs me of a management change. He also asked if I was willing to work with Parks to make it right. I agreed, and the individual told me he would be in touch soon. That was in June. The time of writing is September. No contact. Which brings me to write this review and hopefully close the book on this.To summarize: Parks promised to fix a problem at a sale, and has stalled that fix for four years because of how words were ordered.

Came in to buy a pickup truck and Doug Ford was more than helpful. During the sales process all went great. I bought the vehicle in cash. 3 weeks after purchase, it started having mechanical issues. Brought it in to the service department at the dealership, paid $1500 to "fix" the issue. A week later it broke down again. Took it back again. They told me it needs a new engine and that they will not be putting a new one on their dime. Leaving it all on me to put a new engine on a truck I barely had for a month. This dealership turned out to be like many, all about customer service before and during the sale of their vehicles, and once you have issues after purchasing it, they push you around not wanting to deal with you. They sell faulty vehicles and don't want to take any responsibility. Don't recommend coming here.

We worked with Sean C to purchase our beautiful Chrysler Pacifica. There wasn’t a single question he didn’t know the answer to. He was patient with us as we brought both of our children. He accommodated our wants and our needs. I will recommend him one thousand times over.Devin Foster was the man we met with to finalize our sale and he was also amazing to work with.Neither man tried to wheel and deal us and made us feel that “customer first” feeling the entire time.Parks Motors in Augusta is the best dealership around! You won’t regret using them.

We had a great experience at Parks last Saturday! We got there close to closing time, and they made us a deal on a 2020 2500hd that we couldn't pass up! They offered us absolute top dollar on our trade to make the bank happy and worked with us until we got the payment where it needed to be. If you want to make a deal on a vehicle with some of the nicest and most accommodating folks around, head out to Parks Motors in Augusta and tell Andrew I sent you! Love my new truck!

Shane went above and beyond for us. They backed their promise when we ordered our jeep. Shane helped set up our new Jeep and was very informative. We will definitely buy from them again! Micah was phenomenal too!
