Fairway made buying my pick-up truck a breeze! Dallas was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He helped me find the perfect truck for my needs and budget without any hassle. The entire process was smooth, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. If you're looking for a great buying experience, I highly recommend Fairway!

I did not enjoy my experience at all at Fairway Auto Sales. I contacted the salesman (Dallas) about looking at a 2013 Malibu he had for sale. I asked him if the vehicle had ever been smoked in and he said it had not. I drove 1.5 hours to Augusta only to figure out that the vehicle had indeed been smoked in before. I was not happy with my experience whatsoever which is why I am giving Fairway Auto Sales 1/5 stars. I would not recommend visiting this dealership.

Took excursion to qtrip down the street filled up fuel gauge didnt work. paid $11,500.00 cash and was told they would mail sending unit for fuel gauge. Called today to inform them I've not received it. Was told sorry for lieing to you. Wow! Come to find out at shop pinion seal bad, rear wheel seals bad, right rear rotor bad, transfer seal to transmission bad, rear main seal bad, oil pan gasket bad, ac compressor wont disengage ect... Learn from my $$$$ loss. Bad business they want your money not your business. I have four kids i thought i was getting us a good vehicle from an honest business. ? your response is a lie he called on the phone. Paid this shop $5941.00 to repair the lemon you sold me.

When I first pulled up to look at a specific diesel they had for sale. Honestly, I wasn't impressed. However, that all changed when I started talking to their staff. Every little question I had, they gave me an honest upfront answer. Some of the answers i didn't like, but thats honesty for ya. The only improvement I could recommend would be to speed up title transfer time. However, I don't believe individuals buy cars right out very often. So, I may have been a rare circumstance. Overal the staff wasn't pushy to make a sale. They worked in the tight timeframe I had, and the price was unbeatable! Really I would recommend to others to shop here.

2013 Toyota Tundra. My fault for buying sight unseen and being trusting. Seems like some have had good luck and some have not. Mine not so much. I purchased the truck and had shipped with the comment "That's it's a Toyota, It'll drive forever". Well I paid 18,000 for the truck, drove it less than ten miles and the dash SHUT OFF. Come to find out it needed a new engine harness due to it being spliced into for a NG system which was removed from here.(Did they splice prob not, But someone knew the issue). I then took to TWO Toyota dealerships which have now told me We can not tell what the knocking noise is. But we can tell you we can dive into it and we may not find out what it is. Their suggestion??? Replace the ENGINE. 14,000$$ So my only suggestion is to get YOUR PURCHASED CHECKED.
