“I've had an account at BOW for years, but had never been to this branch. I used to go to The El Dorado branch, but after it closed, I just let the account sit for awhile. I needed to start using it again. I walked in to get a debit card and check on the savings account. We went over the online options, which I can appreciate. They helped me get caught up to speed on my account. I am only a short distance from this branch and plan to use it frequently.”

“My sister uses Community national bank & trust. I’ve been helping her with a few things, and I cannot tell you how great it is to be able to walk into a bank and get VIP customer service. These people are super friendly, and super helpful. In a day & age when my own bank is closing branches, and it’s hard to even find an ATM to get cash, I’m considering moving to Community national bank & trust - a bank that still knows how to do great customer service.”
