The people at this post office will go the extra mile to get the mail to you and if there's a glitch, they will track it down.

I live outside of town, but the Auburn Post Office is responsible for my mail. My mail carrier is unreliable, and lazy. I have two letters that I need to be mailed and have been sitting in my mailbox for more than two business days with the flag up. Today my packages were stuffed in the mailbox and crumpled the two letters that were waiting to be picked up. I wish I had a choice for my mail delivery!

We use machine now by the way. You need to package it correctly, usually these problems are caused by the customer not packaging things correctly.
