“We had a tire blowout on our motorhome while on a trip. It was a dually, so we could still drive (carefully). I called Frye's, telling them we were 14 miles away. They got us in immediately, and put on our spare. Incredibly nice people, and really saved us!”
“It was good the technician did leave some tools in the trunk and didn’t put one of the caps back on the license plate light so had to go back in and have him come out and put it on and give tools back other than that it was fine”
“I was very anxious about buying a new vehicle. I brought my dad with me and Cap City Nissan made it a very smooth process and it is obvious they really care about their customers and the service they provide. I traded in my ford fusion for my "mom car" and got a 2019 Nissan Kicks S. I love it! I could not thank Ermir and Tony enough for the great service they provided. Alan, the finance manager made it a very smooth process as well. As soon as we left my dad said "We'll be coming back here to buy new cars!".

Took our car in for oil issues and they replaced the part they thought was the issue but we were still having issues so they took it back in and went to work on trying to find the problem. Paul went above and beyond with my warranty company trying to get the repair covered. The customer service was not only the best I've ever had at any mechanic, it was one of the best in general! Will definitely be going there for any future repairs I need!”

“I was scrambling to get my fifth wheel out of Forbes RV park last month (awful park, don't recommend), and was potentially stranded due to a critically low tire pressure. My husband called this place to see if they'd be able to help us with airing up the tire before we headed to Lawrence. They were super helpful and fast- one guy even back up the fifth wheel into the bay for me! He found that my tire was leaking due to a hole near the stem, and recommended I eventually get metal stems instead of the stock plastic ones. I asked if they'd be able to change them over since we were already there, and they were so accommodating and got all of them switched over for me within 20 minutes. The team was fast, efficient, and very friendly. Their professionalism and kindness really alleviated an already stressful morning.”

“I can not say enough good things about this place! Jeff was wonderful to work with. From beginning to end he made the entire process incredibly easy for me. They had a rental (2025 Camry) so I didn't have to deal with the hassle of trying to go through Enterprise. Jeff handled everything, all I had to do was drop my car off and pick it up when he called me. The car looked great, couldn’t tell any work was done on it. I had stressed out for a month dealing with the insurance company prior to contacting Jeff, wish I had found him earlier. Thanks again Jeff!”

“I called and spoke to Randy about an issue I ran into with my son’s car. He said to have it towed to their place and he would call me once they’d had a chance to assess the car. Randy called me back very quickly with an assessment of the issues along with a quote for the repairs. They had it do e when they said they would and the final bill was the same as the quote. Highly recommend!!!”
