Very kind and compassionate. Treats the animals and families with respect. Answers questions thoroughly. They recommend what's needed for the animal but never pressured into it. Affordable pricing too. Love everyone there.

I have always received fast, competent, and budget-friendly service here. Auburn Animal Clinic goes above and beyond for your pets. They truly care about your animals, and they want nothing but the best for them. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats, and not once have we had any issues with this establishment. The veterinarians are always patient, kind, and courteous in their care. They treat you and your pets like family. We are patrons for life.

Customer service is exceptional and the variety of pet products for sale is impressive! The doctor and her exemplary staff are the icing on the cake!!! They treated my dog like she was one of theirs. I don't think anyone could be disappointed with Auburn animal clinic.

You are guaranteed to be the clinic of our choice for as long as we have furry family members! 08/22/23 very unprofessional staff!They refuse to answer phone calls. And when they do they hang up on you. when you leave a message they do not call back.. All I wanted was the paperwork to be corrected with the correct dates of vaccines given. Unfortunately they mentioned that it's not their problem and if my current vet has a issue then that's on them. ? I've read great reviews here, but it seems like you might have a couple bad apples working here that clearly should not be.

Recently brought our jack Russell to visit the vet here. All the staff were very professional, courteous and most of all fun. Our dog is a handful and they worked with her with humor and caring you don't see all the time at the vets. After the visit we received a nice take home bag with all kind of things you need for a new dog. Prices were great. Worth the drive from Topeka to Auburn.
