Just tell staff that you don't want a consult- simple as that.Negative reviews are probably from customers who didn't understand that timing of prescriptions can be a factor of fast or slow process. Alot of people these days lack patience due to complexities of daily life. So, keep in mind the time you pickup your prescription.If it's around 3 pm to 7pm, that is prime time for most everyone to show up. If roles were reversed and customers had to wear staff shoes, their reviews would be more positive. Plus pain, tiredness, hunger, and loneliness can cause anyone to be on edge.”
