I also asked if they had a way to lock the kitchen drawers so they would stay closed while driving. All was done perfectly. “I was on a road trip, 1,300 miles from home and heading to a wedding when my transmission valve began failing. This Aamco took my car back almost immediately, did all the leg work to figure out what was wrong, where parts were, etc. It turned out the repair was covered under warranty, so ultimately I got it repaired at the dealership, which the staff made no complaint about despite helping me extensively. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. They were willing and able to do the job very fast had I stayed with them and they were so friendly to a soul lost in the middle of Kansas.Service: Transmission”

“Outstanding service. While driving across the country, I noticed that my Maxima was making some rattling noises, and responding to steering unusually. Seeing that this was the last dealer I’d encounter for many hours, I pulled in and asked them to check it out. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they got to work right away. A quick drive around the parking lot was enough for the technician to diagnose a few possible problems, and he put it up on a lift immediately. After checking for mechanical issues and finding nothing significant, he looked at the fluids and discovered that the power steering fluid had been overfilled. The 102° temperature outside only made it worse. So he drained it down to the correct level, test drove it again, confirmed that the noise was gone. Everything was completed in about half an hour, and the total cost was $0. Four days later, it’s still running perfectly. I’m impressed by their expertise and honesty, even to a customer they knew they’d probably never see again.”

“After my 1988 Suburban was stranded in Salina Kansas getting a new engine for just under a month I found Oard's and asked them to look at my transmission that also had issues. They graciously checked it out from one end to the other, replaced some leaking transmission seals and then took it for a road test. The transmission was back to normal and I was ecstatic!!! What a relief because I'm getting ready to drive 1700 miles back to the Pacific North West to Gearhart, Oregon where I live. OARD's also noted the truck was pulling to the right on their road test and suggested I get an alignment due to how far I was driving so I did. OARD's was professional, very customer oriented and even more my truck loved their service dept. a lot as much as I do. OARD's was also reasonably priced - How can this be???? A guy or a lady "can't not go to OARD's" is my thinking? I wished I lived 1,645 miles closer to Salina than I do. On a scale of 1-10 OARD's gets an easy 12 And right next door to OARD's I hired Rob Harding from CLASSICS AUTO BODY & PAINT to paint my truck. Rob did a magnificent job cleaning up the trucks exterior surfaces and fixing a sagging door then he this an amazing paint job too. Rob also gets a 12 out of 10 too for everything he was able to do for me. Talk about having 2 customer oriented service companies side by side now that was a gift. “We drove our daughter's Honda Civic from SoCal to Kansas. A/C wasn't cooling and the tires sounded like they were slapping against the concrete. Called Conklin and made an appointment. I was greeted by Jeff in Customer Service, I informed him of the issues, he promptly had a diagnostic test performed,. Jeff informed me of the crack in the a/c compressor shaft, He also discovered the crack was covered under my warranty!! He also found 4 matching tires which were replaced with the original tires. The original tires were cupping which caused the excessive noise. Jeff is an exemplary example of the ultimate customer service! His friendly, professional, responsive attitude made it an ideal and stress free experience!! Thank you Jeff! Conklin is fortunate to have such an experienced and caring employee!”

“I have taken 2 vehicles here for suspension repair and alignment in the past. They are professional and keep in good contact regarding what they found needing repaired. Both my vehicles were fixed and aligned in good time and I had no issues in either vehicle afterwards. Recently took another one of my vehicles here to be diagnosed for repair as I suspected it needed front suspension repair and alignment. I received a quick return call and was told the front suspension was fine and did not need fixed. They found some tire issues that needed addressed.
