“Drove in from out of town for Graduation. Picked up a nail on I-70. Stopped in at the Honda dealer to be told it would be $40.00 to plug a tire. Greeted at the door here at Discount tire. I was shocked when Collin told me the repair was free. I told that I hadn’t bought the tire here. “Just want to keep people safe “, was his response. That is truly customer service. “I was on a road trip, 1,300 miles from home and heading to a wedding when my transmission valve began failing. This Aamco took my car back almost immediately, did all the leg work to figure out what was wrong, where parts were, etc. It turned out the repair was covered under warranty, so ultimately I got it repaired at the dealership, which the staff made no complaint about despite helping me extensively. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. They were willing and able to do the job very fast had I stayed with them and they were so friendly to a soul lost in the middle of Kansas.Service: Transmission”

“We were traveling across Kansas with our truck and travel trailer when we decided to stop at a rest stop. When we started the truck back up we got a warning that there was a problem with the connection to the trailer. We disconnected the trailer, cleaned the contacts and still had the warning. All the lights still worked and as far as we could tell the trailer brakes were working . We looked up in the trucks owner’s manual and it just said to see a dealer.
So after spending 2+ hours at the dealer and not finding anything wrong with the truck, they referred us to Lorenson Industries. It was after 5 o’clock but they answered their phone. Told us that they could get us in three days later. ? We were only planning to spend one night in Salina, KS. After some more discussion they said we could come in first thing in the morning and they would look for any obvious problem but they wouldn’t have time for anything more than that.
So we arrived at 8:10 am the next morning and they got us in right away. In less than 20 minutes they found 2 broken wires leading to the rear drivers side brake on our trailer. All was fixed and we were back on the road in less than an hour! Thank you Kent Lorenson for squeezing us into your busy day. We truly appreciate it!!”

“Outstanding service. While driving across the country, I noticed that my Maxima was making some rattling noises, and responding to steering unusually. Seeing that this was the last dealer I’d encounter for many hours, I pulled in and asked them to check it out. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they got to work right away. A quick drive around the parking lot was enough for the technician to diagnose a few possible problems, and he put it up on a lift immediately. After checking for mechanical issues and finding nothing significant, he looked at the fluids and discovered that the power steering fluid had been overfilled. The 102° temperature outside only made it worse. So he drained it down to the correct level, test drove it again, confirmed that the noise was gone. Everything was completed in about half an hour, and the total cost was $0. Four days later, it’s still running perfectly. I’m impressed by their expertise and honesty, even to a customer they knew they’d probably never see again.”
“Brandon is one the best tire techs in Saline county. He needs the management to get on board with him or they will be without him, which in turn the company will suffer and the customer will move to another tire service.”
“Our car developed electrical issues while heading to Salina on the interstate. We made it to Conklins where it died. They found that the alternator had failed. They were able to get that problem fixed along with some other things we knew needed done. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable and kept us informed.”

“We were driving cross country and it started to rain and all of a sudden our windshield wipers stopped working we were 20 minutes from Wichita so we called that dealership. They were exceedingly rude and we never received the call back from a manager. We called Subaru and they connected us to Money Subaru. On July 3 at 3, they said come on by and they would see what they could do. We arrived at 4:10 after 70 miles on the interstate in the rain with no wipers! They immediately diagnosed the problem and began to fix it. 30 minutes later (after our dogs thoroughly enjoyed their treat jar!), we were on our way for a very reasonable charge of $82!!! If you need service on your subaru and you’re anywhere near Salina, go here!”
“I'm going to be completely honest with this review damn near everytime I go to get an oil change from anyone I usually get bare bones explanations on what they're putting in my vehicle, but the service rep I dealt with when I went in was more than exceptional. They went through all my options and add ons and didn't try to upsell me anything in the slightest. They were incredibly patient with me and when I was told my wait was going to be an hour or so I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. EXCEPTIONAL. Would give 10 out of 10 but there's only 5 stars. Keep up the good work folks”
