I bought a 2020 Ford Explorer March 2024. I give a one star rating due to the issues I have been having with this vehicle since having it. The day I drove it off the lot I had the engine light come on which I’m pretty positive they already knew there was an issue because somebody had been driving it everyday for their personal use. Here I am 5 months later having to replace breaks and a transmission. All I can say is make sure you purchase the extended warranty because you never know what kind of vehicle you are getting from this dealership. The GM is also unaware of the routine maintenance you should be doing on a transmission so this explains why I’m in this situation. Had the transmission fluid been flushed when it was supposed to be then I probably wouldn’t be dealing with the problems I am now. Please take any vehicle you plan to buy from this dealership to a professional for an inspection OR buy the extended warranty.
