If you’re going to work in customer service at least pretend you like customers. Tonight we went in to get stocking stuffers for our grandbabies and felt like we were a burden as if both employees would rather be anywhere but there. One lady was pushing a floor broom and insisted on going down the aisle we were in, so of course we felt inclined to move out of “her way”.The cashier was melancholy. It has been several months since we have shopped there and now we see why.

It has been a dollar store named the Dollar Tree since opening approximately 6 years ago. However I'm thinking they should rename it to the (Dollar $1.25 Tree), (but sometimes $3.00), (or possibly $5.00?) Just make it a Dollar General they own them as well anyway since it's no longer a dollar for anything.

This time was great. Very clean, cashier was wonderful. A few times ago was horrible. They did not stand behind their cleaning supplies! Upright in the cart but leaking after adding to the bag. It left a horrid smell in my trunk, soaked the carpet, plus half empty when I unloaded the trunk. The woman was very rude on the phone. The first DT to deny product replacement. I had no problem in Derby when I bought a dried up product. Once, they even stopped me and asked to exchange a decoration when purchasing a damaged one in Derby on Rock Rd. In Springfield, MO, they did the same for a customer in the store across from Bass Pro. I hit the DT in every city I visit because each has different craft decor.
