Cindy is the Best! She is compassionate and caring, educated and qualified. She was amazing when our boy unexpectedly had a seizure and died in her office. She shut down everything for at least 30mins while we grieved. She was also great with final arrangements for our fur baby. Thank you Cindy Grimes for your compassion and strength.

My fiancé and I took our pit female dog in there a few weeks ago.(our first time to this vet) We were a hair late as we went to the wrong vet first, I called the vet they assured me if I came in still they would see us even though we were running late, so we get up there and wait about another 15 minutes in the waiting area for another lady to be done. The vet lady comes out and tell us our appointment was 20 mins prior to this timing. We let her know we called first and had accidentally went to the other vet. Anyway long story short, we felt hurried because they were ready to leave as they were at closing time. We went in with our pregnant so we thought female dog and Dr Grimes felt her stomache for about 2 minutes and assured us our dog is having a false preganancy. As crazy as it sounded alright we pay for our super short visit, they were nice I will say that but we were misdiagnosed. My dog is 110% pregnant and is about to give birth. As my family and I weren’t prepared for that because we thought she wasn’t pregnant. For sure a vet told us this, we’re gonna 100% believe it. We’re in a pickle now but handling it. Just thought I would share my experience and now know not everything you hear even from a doctor could be true.
