Courteous people, they usually have what you need. Wouldn't want them to go away

I snapped a bolt in half working on my car so I went in there hoping they had one, they didn't but they cannibalized a break caliper and gave me the bolt I was needing for free. I was pretty happy they were willing to do that for me.
