I absolutely LOVE White + Lace Bridal!! Julianna was kind, empowering, reassuring, comforting, and so so helpful! She was patient with me as I tried on all types of dresses until I found the one! She offered so much assistance with alterations I wanted made. I cannot recommend her and her bridal shop enough, she truly made me feel like a beautiful bride and not just a business deal. I'm a wedding photographer, and I just had to stop by and leave a review about the bride's dress from my last wedding. It was SO beautiful. It bustled perfectly and moved beautifully in their photos. Literally everything you could have wanted in a dress! It was just a dream. Definitely recommend White & Lace!

The cutest little shop with the absolute sweetest owners! More people need to know about this place! It’s private one bride at a time and gave my best friend the best experience! They have a great selection, options to customize and fit all different budgets and price ranges! Even if she dosent get her dress here I will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone!

This was the best bridal experience I could’ve ever hoped for!!! The shop itself was so cute and my family and I had it to ourselves, which was fun for making it cozy and intimate without a lot of noise. Juliana was AMAZING. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and doing this job well. She helped me narrow down what I was looking for with expert thought and eyes, and was super intentional to listen to my preferences. I ended up buying my dream dress off the rack and I’m so very excited to wear it in my wedding in a few weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and wouldn’t change anything in my experience if I had to go again!

White and Lace Bridal is a beautiful boutique in Andover! The owner is so kind and works hard to help you find what you’re looking for. They have a really great selection of dresses, plus it’s super clean. The dressing rooms are also very spacious, which is so nice for trying on dresses.I highly recommend them!

Loved this shop so helpful wentto 4 different bridal stores and this one was my favorite experience and I bought my dress from them of course!They have so many customizationsavailable and I plan on using them for my veil and a custom jacket.I wanted to use local vendors for mywedding so this was a no brainer theowner is amazing and was veryaccommodating with my large group I had. Nothing but good things to say about them!

I had been to 4 bridal shops previously and definitely did not have the best experiences! As soon as I stepped into White + Lace, I knew I was going to find my dream dress! Juliana was the only person that made my dream come true!! She did not think of me as another bride coming in to get a gown. She made me feel like I was a friend not just a number! Her personal collection of wedding gowns are beautiful! Juliana was so amazing! I am so glad we found this little bridal boutique!! She made me feel like a bride and it was a very personal experience! Thank you so much, Juliana!

Juliana is the sweetest! She is very helpful, patient, and treats you like a friend. White + Lace was the third boutique I had gone to while trying to find my dress. I knew as soon as I looked at a few dresses that she had that I would find one there, and I did! They have a great selection and her private collection is SO beautiful! I definitely recommend Juliana to other people!

Shopping at White and Lace Bridal with store owner Juliana, was like shopping with your best friend! A friend that knew what I wanted before I even did. The whole experience was a wonderful one. Her boutique is very calming and she has a wedding dress choice for every taste!

The store owner assisted our daughter in the dressing room. If you go to this store, assist your family member. That way you can detect any flaws in the dress that may be hidden. We picked up the dress 2 days after our visit. We left in the provided black bag until 3 weeks before the wedding for the fitting. Top eye of the hook missing so dress could not be zipped. Top button about to fall off. Contacted store owner on Facebook. She blocked me after our chat and my review there. Received this message from her with no further solution: "When you buy, sign and pick up the dress, it is your responsibility after that.... Also you signed a paper that said all sales are final." Have heard of "no service after the sale" - guess that applies here sadly. Now when my daughter walks down the isle, it will be hard to get this store's stern lack of help out of my mind. There was a very similar dress in Wichita at David's. They were all over the customer service there. Right dress, wrong store. No help after the sale. Also strangely, this store owner suggested we pay in cash. I missed all the red flags. Hopefully we can ignore all this and our daughter will have a wonderful day. Meanwhile, I'm stuck figuring out how to fix this dress. Wedding is in 2 weeks and 5 days.
