Throughout the entire time working with them, they were responsive, caring, and took Cal's best interests to heart while also working to be financially responsible with his care options. As we ultimately lost Cal to his illness, their entire staff was extremely kind and caring. As we said goodbye, the staff from the pet resort visited him and all told him how good a dog he was.
