“I have had great experiences at this location. They are fair and affordable. They explain everything well. I never feel taken advantage of. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I found car care I can trust so close to home.”
“I am a customer of Discount Tire, I visited this week to swap out my winter tires for my summer tires and I am always very happy with their service and they are the nicest Tire store in Wichita!”
“I was referred to this location / shop by my regular mechanic Johnny, owner and head mechanic at German Motor Works. Johnny has done the maintenance on my BMW for 5 years exclusively and I trust his judgement.
I called Discount Wheel & Tire and Jessica answered and was super helpful. They close at 5pm but the earliest I could get there was 4:45 from getting off work. I explained my tire situation to Hassan and he explained the issue and what my options were. He quoted me out for a replacement set of rear tires and gave me three options to choose from in terms of price / quality. The option I went with he had in stock and was able to get me in next day to put the new tires on and even have his mechanic stay past the 5pm close time so that they could get it done for me asap. I was very surprised with how reasonably priced the tires were / how well he explained the issue and the options presented.
Showed up the next day and they got the new tires on for me staying late past close. Very happy with the process and ultimately the prices and level of service. I will be using this shop moving forward and I can see why Johnny refers clients here. Jessica and Hassan have been great to work with. The shop is reputable, honest, and great prices while presenting multiple options depending on your budget. Don’t go to Firestone or a big corporate tire / rim shop. Go here and get the best prices and service with quality staff and ownership. 10/10 stars. I will be back and highly recommend this place. My vehicle is a high end BMW and I am particular on who works on it but this place is now a trusted go to for me. Thank you !!”
“I just have to say that when things don’t go well and parts take longer to get in than expected these guys step up to the plate big-time! Walker and his team at the North Rock location got us into a rental car No hesitation to do the right thing by us. They got the part in as quickly as possible, and got the car returned fixed, and ready to roll! It’s nice to know that there is a shop that stands behind their work and when things don’t go as planned adapts and always has the customers experience top of mind
Happy customer for life!”
“This was the ultimate best experience i could have ever had. Craig was so easy to work with. I was a pest with 'specific detailed inquiries and photos' of the Prius i bought. I live in northern Michigan and coordinating the tow and finance process. Unbelieveable!! I bought it 'site unseen'. Been a great car! Thank you for working with an out of state customer!! Love the car!!”

3745 N Rock Rd, Wichita“Friendly customer service. The lady that helped my wife and I was knowledgeable , friendly and respectful. She was able to get the alignment on my wifes van done on the same day that we called. Which was on a Sunday. I feel that being able to get this done on a Sunday was extremely helpful. Thanks Again.”
“I took my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander with 126K miles in for an overall inspection. Cost me about $50 & the report was very thorough, with photos of everything they were recommending needed attention. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. They helped me decide to keep my car now that I feel that I have mechanics who are ethical .Very satisfied with the services I received.”
“I was on my way to central Texas and had a blow out on my trailer. These guys got me a replacement tire asap. When I got back to my trailer I noticed that the blowout caused damage to another tire. I limped back to the shop and they replaced that tire very quickly too. These guys had a can do attitude and did an excellent job !”

9700 E Kellogg Ave, Wichita“I've never been disappointed with purchases at Costco. That said there's one exception. The brisket we bought there for Christmas dinner was nearly all fat. We cooked it on our Traeger as we have done many times. When it was fully cooked and sliced the fat was all the way through with only a thin streak of meat. We had to make an emergency trip to Walmart for precooked brisket. 7 lbs was $120.”
“Vehicle accepted in a timely manner, no request for prepaid of requested tires, performed a special request which was attaching my own wheel weights. Always good service at this location as well as the one on Harry. Prices competitive, technicians careful with your wheels”
“Only reason it’s not a 5 star is I was told 3 weeks when I dropped it off. It ended up taking 30 days.
But, my mower runs like new! Super happy with the maintenance done.”
“I have been relying on this shop for decades, and they never let me down. Eric is great. They've worked on my old Jeep Cherokee, my old Lexus and now my not-so-old Hyundai Santa Fe. I trust their work and their prices.”
“My introduction to Sam's was "Let's do lunch!" Located just off the entrance, you don't need a Sam's card to enjoy the hotdog and drink for $1.37 (price will change someday) or 2 slices of pizza and drink for $2.50. The hotdog is huge, and the pizza slices are 1/4 of a pizza, so the value is astounding! There are other snacks and ice cream, but those are for another day. There are good deals throughout the entire store, stacked on shelves so high that you may need a forklift to help you get stuff. There are stacks and stacks of cases of cookies, chips, honey buns, etc. Home goods and paper goods are all together on one wall. In the back is dairy, meats, packed to feed a family of 10. This store is bulk, so don't come looking for single items! The freezer sections are amazing. There are several rows. Each individual row has an opening at the end where people come and go to stock the foods for that particular freezer. Meats, dairy, ice creams, etc. Each individual freezer is about the size of a boxcar on a train. I peeked into one of the sliding doors. There are boxes stacked where each frozen item goes. Keep in mind the frozen item is a case of something. Up toward the front is pharmaceutical items, health bars, and such. Periodically, little mechanized machines roll by, constantly taking inventory. Want to steal anything? Good luck! Bulk items don't hide well under your coat. Also, you CANNOT go in through the out door (we tried) and there is someone with a price gun checking your purchases on the way out. Unlike Walmart, Sam's utilizes EVERY checkout constantly. Furthermore, you need your Sam's card to activate the register or you cannot check out. There are service reps near each register, in case you need help. I accidentally left my receipt. A man brought it to me, because you can't leave the store without it!Remember the aforementioned door person with the check gun? That receipt is a must have! * By the way, I mentioned the anti-theft because Sam's has so many people in the place, I swear there is at least one in every aisle, ready to help. We joked about it, because Walmart is serious about theft with their signs everywhere, but Sam's is even worse. It's a beehive of constant activity. One last thing. If you don't like crowds, don't shop here, because the place is packed. It's a fortress and it's great value!”
“Huge shout out to Mike and his team. They saved my $400 Costco trip worth of groceries and friendly took care of an issue my Jeep was having until I could get it in the shop back home. Definitely saved the day. ?”
“Friendly and knowledgeable! They went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle after I got the run around from DH Ford of August when they claimed I needed an alignment. Turns out, I did NOT. Thank you KansasLand for your amazing customer service!”
