I have been storing here for a couple years. The facility is fine however the website and communication has been awful. In May I vacated my space but the website was down and I could not execute a move out request. The phone number was down and I was unable to reach customer service for about a week. I finally got a response thru a google message board and was told my move out request was processed and I paid my bill in full at the time. This week I received notice of an overdue bill, auction of my property, lien of my property. I’ve called multiple times and get voicemail that says it’s full and new messages cannot be left. Zero return phone calls. No-Reply email addresses and heavy handed communication. I’m done with this storage facility. Just awful communication.

I can’t get anyone to answer our call. I’ve tried several times my husband has tried several times. We rented out a spot and someone else’s truck is in that spot.

This is a very nice, secure facility. However, the customer service is terrible. Every time I've spoken with someone they are rude, and want nothing more than to end the call. They had inadvertently charged tax for several months when they took this facility over. The first gentleman I spoke with told me of the problem, and said my account would be credited for the mistake. When I just spoke with a woman, she indicated she had no knowledge of this. My account was never credited, and I have been charged fully every month. They will also raise the rate periodically.

Always very clean and so far no problems with entry. We have been customers for 7 years and have always felt like our things are safe.

Great place to store my camper. Very secure, also nice to have the dump station. Still waiting on the restroom to be finished though.

StorageMax is a great, safe place to store my RV! Roomy covered storage with power outlet, gated facility with 24x7 access via text message, and it even has a waste dump station. I receive monthly billing communication via text and email. Did I mention the price is very competitive compared to similar businesses? This is the place to go for your RV storage needs!
