Randy was extremely knowledgable and knew effective ways to lower our monthly payment so that we could get the home of our dreams. He was polite and patient with all my questions and promptly answered his phone or returned my calls. The Pitts team was fantastic. We haven’t had an smooth experience moving from CA, but I can say that the easiest part was working with our lenders! We worked with Marcus Foster and Cade Liby. Both are very respectful and helpful. Cade sent reminders, took his time when I needed help, make himself extremely accessible for questions and guidance via text, and did everything he could to make our experience easy. Randy and his team were very honest about our situation. Gave us tools to improve and help us get the best deal possible. They stayed on top of all the details and worked hard to close, no matter what hurdle was set in front of us. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field. Every person we worked with on the team, was nice, and fantastic to deal with. They communicated every detail in a timely manner, so we never felt like we “were jumping through hoops”, to get our home. Our family looks forward to working with them again in the future.
